4. Q: How long I could receive my order?
A: When we confirm your payment through our account, we will send the products to you in 2 days. After we send the products out, we will send a tracking number to you to check your order’s state. Usually, the tracking number can be checked in the express company’s website in 1-2 days. After the tracking number set up on the internet, you will receive the package in 5 working days. That means, you could receive the products in 7-9 working days after you transfer the payment. (Notice: there is no shipping on

Q: Do I have to purchase the shipping insurance fee? Is it important? A: Usually we offer shipping insurance in our wholesale orders, you could choose whether you want it or not.
If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country’s, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is 10% x the total cost of the order. If you don’t choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country. 8. Q: Do the items come with the attachments? 10. How long warranty of my products?
For all the products have 1-year warranty by Superoceans.com NOT the Manufacturer. When you get the goods and find they have any problem in 7 days, we will serve our return policy to you, the details please check our return policyhttp://www.superoceans.com/Policy.aspx. After 7 days and in our 1-year warranty, if have any problem of our items when you using. Such as the watch hands isn’t work, the goods’ accessory was fallen off, welcome to send back to us, we will repair send back to you and the shipping cost is paid by the clients, or we will send the goods to you with the next order and don’t charge the shipping cost. |
